We value quality, craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork. You won't be just another number here. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on environment, solving problems, and taking pride in producing parts that meet demanding aerospace requirements.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC Setup / Operator who wants to be an important part of a small team where their skills and experience are valued.

  • Maintain tight dimensional tolerances and consistent part quality
  • Complete required production and inspection documentation accurately
  • Follow established work instructions, procedures, and quality requirements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Meet production schedules while maintaining aerospace-level quality standards

Qualifications

  • Ability to make basic CNC program edits at the machine
  • Proficient with precision measuring equipment
  • Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, feeds, speeds, and workholding
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
  • Experience working with tight tolerances and complex components preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Haas CNC controls
  • Fanuc Robodrill
  • CNC milling
  • 4th-axis machining
  • Aerospace manufacturing
  • Machining aluminum and stainless steel
  • Experience working within AS9100 or other aerospace quality systems

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who can set up a job, prove it out, make necessary adjustments, and run quality parts with minimal supervision.

The right candidate should be comfortable reading a print, selecting and setting up tooling, setting offsets, inspecting parts, and troubleshooting issues at the machine.
